After supporting 100+ start-up ventures throughout her career, Katie kept seeing brilliant founders stuck working IN their businesses instead of ON them. They needed strategic operations support but couldn't afford full-time hires; let alone, figure out how to train, manage, and offload their expertise.

We founded The Ops Studio because we're passionate about serving founders who shouldn't have to become operations experts. Most business owners didn't start their companies to do admin tasks or build and manage complex operational systems—they started them to solve problems, serve customers, and build something meaningful & that's exactly how it should be!

Katie leads all client strategy and operations consulting, bringing deep expertise in business systems and processes. Kyle works behind the scenes to support The Ops Studio's operational infrastructure with his background in business management, data analytics, and education. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we understand the challenges of scaling multiple ventures while maintaining quality and growth.
